This report presents the results of a survey that was conducted among civil servants and employees in Estonia between April and June 2017. The survey is part of a global project on the effects of civil service management practices. The project includes ten countries from Eastern Europe (Estonia, Kosovo and Albania), Latin America (Brazil, Chile), Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal) and Africa (Ghana, Uganda and Malawi). With more than 23.000 participants, the project has generated the largest survey of civil servants that has ever been conducted.
